The Market
The market. All of South America
To answer your question Clem ¨what do you eat? ¨ I went to the market and took some pictures to help explain. Just a little show and tell. In the first picture, are all the fruits and veggies. I´ve tried them all-- raw, crushed, ground, juiced, fried, backed, boiled and barbequed. Hmmm good. The second shows cow heart, cow brain, and cow liver. I´ve tried them all-- raw, crushed, ground, juiced, fried, backed, boiled and barbequed. Hmmm, hmmm good. The third shows some cows feet. I´ve tried them raw, crushed, ground, juiced, fried, backed, boiled and barbequed. Hmmm, hmmm, hmmm good. The fourth is a picture of a cow´s tongue and all the muscles to push it in and out of its mouth. I´ve tried it raw, crushed, ground, juiced, fried, backed, boiled and barbequed. Hmmm, hmmm, hmmmm, hmmmm good.
So, now Clem, you go and ask your mom to go to Speckville and visit Platenbergs market. Tell them you want to see hotdog man behind the meat counter. He can find you all this and more. Then head back home and cook up some good vittles just like those in the pictures. I am sure your Grandpa at the lake would love to help. All you have to do is ask and use the word ¨please.¨
Don´t forget to invite your sisters and all your cousins. They can´t wait to dig into the brain and liver! Knut is a great tester of food. And your aunt Sharon would love to slice up the tongue. Oh, and get at least one hoof for each. It will be grand!
Good luck, buddy!!

The fruits look tasty. The rest... well, they don't let anything go to waste, do they?!! Did you have any potatoes with that? KK
